MediPitch.pro collects account information (name, email), uploaded PDF documents for processing, and usage analytics. PDFs are processed in memory and not stored permanently on our servers after extraction is complete.

Audit Logging

For Medicare compliance purposes, we maintain audit logs of upload events including file metadata, extracted data snapshots, and IP address for a retention period of 10 years, in accordance with CMS guidelines.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Gemini for AI-powered data extraction, Stripe for payment processing, and Google Analytics for usage tracking. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Audit log data subject to regulatory retention requirements may not be eligible for deletion.
